The old page treated ZenBusiness Premium's registered agent as though it stayed inside the $399 annual package indefinitely. Current ZenBusiness help documentation says Premium includes the registered agent for the first year, and the RA service then renews at $199/year. That changes the ongoing-cost comparison materially.

LegalZoom Premium currently costs $299 + state fees and adds bookkeeping/cash-flow tools to the Pro package.
But LegalZoom's $299 package still does not include its $249/year registered-agent service. And ZenBusiness Premium's registered agent should not be treated as permanently embedded in $399: current ZenBusiness documentation says RA renews at $199/year after the first year.

ZenBusiness Premium lists a business advisor consultation, not the same thing as a lawyer consultation. ZenBusiness also offers business document templates, but the current formation package should not be presented as equivalent to LegalZoom's attorney-plan inclusion.
Processing Speed: Separate Provider Speed From State Speed
ZenBusiness currently lists 1-business-day provider processing for Pro and Premium. ZenBusiness expressly notes that this does not include Secretary of State processing time.
